How to set goals, change habits, and achieve your New Year’s resolutions in 2024

A new year brings new opportunities.

No matter what your plans are for the 2024 – one of mine is to travel across Spain, much like I did to Nairobi in 2017 and Thailand in 2019 – it’s good to remember that there’s no time like the present, much like Alessandro Baricco writes in Silk (also available on Audible):
